A 1928 English Tudor with a few face lifts

Built by Martin L. Bauer and Harold Getz.

Designed by Cincinnati Architects Burroughs and Decken.

There were numerous changes and additions in 1938 and 1974. There were gold leaf cornices added, a music room, and a garden room.
