Charles and Ann T. Atkinson - 1930 to 1977

Dr. Charles Atkinson and his wife Ann T. Atkinson purchased lot 8381 from Middletown Realty.

Atkinson hired architect Harold W. Goetz Sr. to design this beautiful English Tudor Revival home which was built by the Bendel Brothers.

Thomas O. and Jayne McGuire - 1977 to October 6, 1986

Dr. Thomas McGuire and his wife Jayne purchased the home in 1977. In 1979 they converted the garage into an additional room and added a carport.


Paul and Donna Goodwin - October 6, 1987 to February 6, 2003

Paul Goodwin worked as an electrical engineer for General Electric and purchased the house on October 6, 1987 with his wife Donna Goodwin.


William Samual Ashworth - February 6, 2003 to March 22, 2010

Better known as Sam Ashworth who worked as an artist for Armco purchased this home in February of 2003. Sam Ashworth is best known as one of Middletown’s local historians.

Jeremy and Rachel Rutherford - June 13, 2019 to Present

Jeremy and Rachel Rutherford purchased the tudor in June of 2019 and began making it a dream home for their family. In addition to their work with New Life Chapel where Jeremy is Creative Director, they are restoring this beautiful tudor to its full splendor.
